Bespoke Questionnaire Unique risk hazards are created for each role to ensure that appropriate questions and health risks are considered for the role in which you are considering an employee.
Online Assessments you provide a candidate with a unique login who then completes an online questionnaire. The assessment uses our intelligent assessor presenting specific questions based on the response provided. For people who are not comfortable with using computers simply telephone our nurse contact team who will complete the questionnaire over the telephone.
Specialist Nurses if required our online assessment is supported by our specialist occupational health nurses who review complex health matters and will prepare specialist advice for the report provided to you.
Reports and Advice our reports are emailed to the nominated manager within 1 hour of completion of the assessment we will advise on suitability for the role, provide an attendance predictor based upon health, and advise on any likely implications under current Disability and Equality legislation.
Cost Effective you will only receive one charge for each assessment. You can buy on line on a pay as you use basis or enjoy a discount by setting up a contract for employers who may have greater volume of new starters.
